Strange but true. Last night while lying on my bed, I had flashbacks of a family day event in those days when I joined TD as a rookie. Oh my! That was donkey years back. But, it seems like yesterday. Our Tech department staff, all of which were some young 20-somethings, were having the best time of our lives. Images .. Memories... of these "young guns". We hopped into vans and go anywhere. Movies or dinners. Holidays are the best. Chirstmas or New Years, our desktop PCs would be wrapped up, water-proofed. For the next second, the office would be turned into a battlefield. Flour, water bombs (plastic bags filled with water) are thrown all around. Just for the record, we even had a torn breast pocket of a shirt incident. Yeah .. . we were doing the WWE Wrestling thingie. The guy (which happens to be the manager) didn't want to tap out. So, we thought that it would be nice to have a little souvenir. A piece of cloth ripped from the breast pocket. Good old times.
Now, everyone is getting on well in their own career and family life. This is good. Once in a while we get some bits and pieces of information about who's moving where. Only those few that is really close, still keep in touch with one another.
A couple of days back, I saw my colleague ordering the weirdest combination of drinks available. Sure. Fine. We've all heard of Teh Halia. Now. My colleague order Kopi Halia and Holicks Halia. Ewwwww. I cannot imagine Holicks Halia. I've tried Kopi Halia once and I am sure that it is one of the weirdest drink I've ever tasted. My taste buds refuse to register the idea of having to try out Holicks Halia.

I thought I still had concentration during my swim just now. *Sigh* It's lost now, almost in an instant, right after my swim. Everywhere, I see Turtle's face. Here we go again. *Knocks head* Focus. Got to take my bike out for some spinning.

Yep. Good old crazy days.
I experienced one of the ... most chaotic experiences during my army dayz. Only thing I'll mention is ripping underwear. That's just about the limit I can go before it gets pornographic. LOL
That sounds all too familiar!! I had same encounters too!! Of course, it wasn't me that was with the ding-dong bells.
Ya man...those were the good old days.Sweet memories that will always be stored in a corner of our mind. Abundant strength, daredevil approaches...
