Limping Marathon Runner

Ah ha!! I spotted the Biathlon (I checked on the Internet, its suppose to called Duathlon) registration online, which happens to start from today. I raced to sign up for the Biathlon and I was told that I have to do a trial swim of 30 laps of 50m within 40 minutes. To gear up, I managed to find the pair of goggles that I wanted. Speedo Futura Ice. Okay.. . . Serious Wet and Wild Training starts tomorrow.

Karloong (which happens to be my little sister) emailed me. I think she enjoyed her trip to L.A. and San Francisco tremedously. She's probably back in Texas now.
