Mindful

Friday, August 10, 2007

I haven't been running for whole of this week. I believe a rest for my legs would do some good. Seriously lack of some runners' high, I put on my Cumulus VIII and went out for a short run. With no intentions to break any sound barrier, I ran slow while focusing on what I have read from Chi Running. Time after time, my ITB teased me and that served as a gentle reminder on my running form. After 6.4km, my left ITB felt okay and that is really something to cheer for. Have I been running like Donald Duck all along, with feet and knees pointing outwards? Or was it due to fatigue that I often neglected proper running form? Looks like its worth some investigation after finishing Chi Running's book.
