How many times have this happened? I have absolutely no idea. Grit my teeth, sharpen my blade and march forward. Some day, I do bite back. Cut the crap talk.
The run, an hour ago, wasn't satisfactory. Due to a muscle pull, I had to cut short on the exercises. Managed a 2.5 laps of what is suppose to be done. Full rest ahead for tomorrow. Moreover, what can I do in the office?
