No VM Race

Not good. Work again. I really hope that this is a passing phase. Eating up too much of my time in some areas.
I bet the rest of the gang had run at the VM today!
Not able to do the VM, I ran around 6pm instead. I had this strong craving for a cold drink right I finished my run!
