If I'm having short replies on MSN, I'm just staying low. It is one of those days where threshold hits a high of more than 85% and even Venezia ice cream will not help.

The swim session did help a little in lifting spirits. Looks like my single arm drills are paying off. I can cope better. The left shoulder has always been taking the heat, very much from an old injury. Keeping it under check is always important to me. Huh?! Huh?? Can't hear you. Oh, I'm also suffering from temporary deafness with chlorine water in my left ear. Hello?
