Need Kicks?

NO slacking today. Now, we know who is the weakest link!

Warm up: 500m Free, 200m Mixed, 300m Kicks (Killer!!)
Main sets: 2 x 400m Kicks (Gag...), 100 Free, 1 x 400m Strokes
Warm down: 400m Mixed

The kicks and strokes seemed to help... only for the first few laps, right after stroke practice. I really need more practice on my strokes.
