I keep getting neck and shoulder aches. It must have been either the way I sleep or my pillow. Somehow my head could only turn to the left. That'll stop a lot of my activities.
One more day before I scream, "Oww oww oww".

My shoulder aches also started in the 30s... *sigh*... maybe we are getting old? haha :P
